Will Kelly, ATC

Will began working at SMFR in August 2025. Prior to his role at SMFR, he spent six years serving in a military setting. He provided specialized care and support to both Air Force and U.S. Special Forces personnel. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Texas Tech University (2011) and a Master of Athletic Training from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (2014).
He began his professional career as the Head Athletic Trainer at South Plains College in Texas, where he worked extensively with rodeo, basketball, and track and field athletes. His professional experience also includes time in the National Football League, having served as a Summer Intern with the Baltimore Ravens in 2011 and 2013, where he contributed to the team’s sports medicine program.
He holds advanced certifications in manual therapy, including dry needling, joint manipulation, and soft tissue techniques, and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), supporting his integrated approach to performance and rehabilitation.
